You may choose to mention:
- Why you originally started yoga.
- How long you've been practicing (at home or at a studio).
- What styles of yoga or types of movement you enjoy.
- Any challenges you've overcome or that you're currently working with.
- What your meditation practice looks like (if you have one).
- Any particular teachers you admire or are inspired by.
This question is about how you incorporate yogic principles in your life outside of an asana practice. Don't worry if this is something new to you, we cover it during the course. As a guideline, you may wish to mention the following points:
- What yoga means to you beyond the physical postures.
- If you're familiar with any yogic philosophy and how you apply it.
- Any social/environmental issues you feel passionate about and why.
